The palace was well preserved keeping the original architecturale elements.
The palace was owned by Herman Spayer. The swiss Louis Blanc was the palace’s architect and he worked together with Berindey to that project, which initially was conceived and developed, around 1920, as a headquarter for Marmorosh Blank Bank.
The ground floor consists from reception lobby which offers access in 4 rooms with batrooms, each of it with great architectural elements and, an usable height of 4.5 m. At the 1st floor there are 5 rooms and 4 bathrooms. The palace has also a small attic and a semi-basement with an usable heigth of 3.5 m.
The construction is in Louis XV style, was completed in 1900 and was decorated with stained glass, chandeliers, sculptures.
The paintings are made in special local and abroad workshops – Vienna and Paris, in “Art Nouveau” style. On the walls, the paintings are done in oil by Francis Vodak and represents gallant scenes in Watteau and Fragonard style.
